Being focused and dedicated in putting your dreams into plans will determine your success and overall development as a person. If you fail to have focus or direction, you will find yourself moving onto other paths that seem less challenging instead of pressing forward with the things that you really aspire to change.

Keeping a journal can be an excellent self-help strategy. If you’re not sure what to write about, start by writing down all the positive things you can think of that day. These can be things you’re thankful for, good things that happened that day or people you are thankful for. Writing down the positive will help you feel more positive.
